Simple Holiday Daiquiri

The holiday season is here and to celebrate, the remi team is sharing their favourite festive recipes in our annual ’12 days of remi Recipes’ blog series. Enjoy! 

Daiquiri Ingredients

2 oz (60 ml) light rum
1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) simple syrup

Directions

1. Add the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker (or a water flask will do)

2. Add lots of ice and fill the shaker almost to the top but leave some space as well

3. Strain into a glass

4. Garnish with a lime slice

 

Simple Syrup:

Prepare 1 cup of sugar into 1 cup of water into a pot and heat it over medium until the sugar dissolves.
