1 oz (30ml) Beefeater / Tanqueray Gin
1 oz (30ml) Campari
1 oz (30ml) Carpano Antica Formula or any red vermouth (Cinzano works well too)
Note: the Carpano Antica Formula will really elevate the quality of this cocktail
1. Add the gin, Campari and Red Vermouth in a glass
2. fill your glass with ice and stir until well chilled
3. Garnish with an orange peel
